INVITATION TO EXHIBIT AT THE
XLI ERA-EDTA CONGRESS, MAY 15-18 2004, LISBON-PORTUGAL

 

The Site Selection Meeting was held on October the 8th at the Lisbon Congress Centre.

Companies are invited to make their choice according to the ranking list. Please check on the floor plan to see the space still available and send an e-mail to amiconi@euromeetings.it indicating the requested stand number.

The second allocation, concerning only those companies that did not attende the Site Selection Meeting, will be done by correspondence, and it will follow the order of the ranking list until November 21. After that date, any remaining space will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

The cost of exhibition space at the XLI ERA-EDTA Congress is EUR 480 per square metre. This price is only for exhibition space (no fittings) for the entire duration of the event, plus installation and dismantling time.

Due to the limited space available at the Lisbon Congress Centre, we have been obliged to limit the size of each booth to a maximum of m2 150. The minimum size of an island booth is of m2 72. The minimum size of a line-booth is m2 9.

Exhibitors have to carpet their spaces and, with regard to line booths, separate them from the neighbouring ones by means of partition walls.

The only price reductions are the ones for non-profit making organisations and for medical publishers.
In this case a 50% discount applies: EUR 240 Euro per square metre.
Booths at this special rate will be assigned after processing the ones booked at the full rate. We shall do our best to have the booths of publishers grouped together as usual.
Barter agreements can be considered with publishers who are willing to publish ERA-EDTA advertisements in exchange for exhibition options.

The Exhibition will be held in Pavillion 1 and 2 (ground floor) of the Congress Centre.
